Boavista - Simplicity Ceremonies

Commencing in 2026 - We will be expanding the service we've offered on the island of Sal, to offer the Simplicity Package service to couples visiting the island of Boavista.

The island of Boavista is much bigger than Sal, with vast areas of beach's and hotels spread out along the coastline.

Enquiry Form:

We have provided a specific web form for all enquiries for a Simplicity Ceremony on Boavista. Please fill in each section and also any additional info to help up with your enquiry. Please also specify whether:

- It's your 17th (or other) wedding anniversary, are you newly weds, want to have a 'commitment reading' or other?

- Is it just the two of you (the couple) attending?

- Do you have any special requirements?

Correspendence

We prefer intitial correspondence by email so we can share emails and info with menbers of the team. We will also on occasions need to speak to you via Whatsapp and will require you to provide a Whatsapp number. You can use Wifi at your hotel or at local bars or restaurants to reach us if there is something you/we need to know.

The Team

We have a team on the island of Sal and, on the island of Boavista. Both teams will be involved with the organisation and the delivery of the Simplicity Ceremonies and and related correspondence.

Need to know

We will require you to send us a recent photo of you both.

Be aware there may be a need to walk across areas of hot sand with sharp pieces of hidden items under the surface.

We have a number of readings for the Renewal of Vows, Marriage Blessing or some short poems to consider adding into the reading, just let us know which reading you have chosen 7 days before the date of the ceremony, as we need to provide the final reading to the Layperson.

We also need to know if you want to exchange rings so we can let the Layperson know and, include it in the reading.

Simplicity Package and our Service Fee

This package will suit those wanting a Marriage Blessing, Renewal of Vows, that are Newly Weds or want a Commitment or Love & Devotion reading. What this means is, for 'one price' you will have several things included in your service but, with the option to add other items that will have additional costs.

When you have decided that you want to come to Boavista and wish to consider a Simplicity Pacckage with us, please submit the Enquiry Form for Boavista (link below). Once you have submitted your enquiry form you will receive an acknowledgement email of your submission and, then be sent the 'Simplicity Summary' with the price together with our Bank Details. Should you wish to proceed, we will require you to pay 100 Euro non-refundable reservation fee which should be paid by bank transfer and, we'll require notification from you that the transfer has been made.
