Properties - information for registrants
We have now developed the property section to accept property listings of property for sale.
Cape Verde Tips will not be ‘selling’ the properties on behalf of the advertiser.
We do not take responsibility for the description or the photographs/images of the property placed within the listing.
Advertiser means: Developer/Agent/Owner/Seller of the - property/ commercial /business or land, and the person providing the information to be placed in the advert in view to attracting potential buyers.
Property means: apartment, unit, villa, house, plot of land, commercial unit.
We require from you
Photos of property in, jpeg
1 x small thumbnail photo/image maximum 200 x 200 for main image/picture
4 x small thumbnail photos a maximum 160 x 120 or 104 x 160 .........these will go on the link page, above your full description.
A description of property, features, number of bedrooms, price etc.
Short description which will appear on main page.
Fuller description, which will appear on link page.
Payments for 3 / 6 months
Note: Please check that your photos/images and info load properly (as above) before logging out and leaving the website. We may need to contact you for further information about the property. Your property advert will not go live until it has been checked for any corrections that we feel should be made or clarified.
Prices as at May 2010 - Owners:
For 3 months at £5 a month if advert is placed with us an paid for before June 30th = £15 (15euros)
From July 1st - £10 a month = £30 (30 euros)
6months advertising:
If booked before June 30th: - 3months@ £15 and 3 months@ £10 = £45 (45 euros)
From July 1st, £10 a month for 6 months = £60 (60 euros)
The prices quoted are for adverts/listings placed at this time, they cannot be reserved for a future date.
Payments must be received within 7days.
Payments can be made using the PayPal via the PayPal link on the Property Description Members Form or contact us for other arrangements..
Real Estate Agencies
Please contact us if you wish to upload a block of properties.
There are set costs for greater amounts of properties.
Advertisers
• must register online with Cape Verde Tips to be able to advertise
• must provide all text in English.
• must pay in advance to advertise the property/commercial/business or land.
• will be able to set themselves up with a Username and Password which will enable them to edit the lising at anytime during the advertising period
• will be able to set the time and date for the length of time for the lising to appear online.
• will be able to specify which email contact address is to be used on th live page, for people to contact with enquiries
• must not include other persons contact details within the advert
• must provide photos/images if available of the property (if other, then an explanation should be included in the text).
• must only advertise one property/unit/plot/commercial in one listing (advert).
• must provide an accurate description of the property.
• must not provide miss-leading information
• will be able to attach files
• should read the Privacy Statement and Terms of Use relating to information about yourself and use of the site.
If you have two units exactly the same type in same development - do not give them the same title i.e. 2bed, 1st floor on Vila Verde unless you give them a different number/code i.e. Unit 29B / Unit 31a or another code you recognise etc because if you need to amend and update one of them, its difficult for web system to tell which one is which, give them a number or code in addition to the name so you recognise which one you need to update.
Please ensure you upload the type (jpeg) and sizes of images/photos as identified above, as this saves time with trying to make amendments to your advert.
Please ALWAYS remember to LOGOUT.
